Discovery

We step inside your organization to connect to your current needs, business processes and the intersections of your data and the entry/exit points of your students.


Design

Using our discovery insights as a guide, we design and construct your fully customized system configuration, followed by comprehensive validation and testing.


Train

We empower your system administrator and users with hands-on training to work independently within your system, including confident data entry and reporting, and making customizations and modifications at your own pace.


Deploy

We formally deploy your systems live and turn over the keys to your customized platform.


Support

You’re in great hands with our weekly “Tuesday @ Two” office hours, a designated account rep, and 10 included support hours per year to address questions, train additional staff or create custom reports as you get comfortable with the system.

Austin Buchan

Austin founded CoPilot in the fall of 2014 and has continued in his leadership role since. He focuses on improving the experience of current partners, while also developing mission-aligned strategies for CoPilot’s growth. Austin got his start in college success working on the front line with our students and coaches.

Derick was a first-generation college student who has developed a passion for the intersection of technology and student success. He believes a strong data-driven strategy makes student success work consistent, repeatable and leads to tangible outcomes.

Veronica Arredondo

Veronica uses her previous experience on the partner side with Houston Independent School District to guide organizations through the implementation process and beyond. Her partner portfolio includes K-12, higher education and non-profit organizations.

Ugo recently transferred to the CoPilot team, but he’s no stranger to College Possible as he most recently served on the RDI team. He is an expert at providing customer service and assisting our partners in optimizing third-party solutions and AppExchange packages. He is a new father and loves spending time with family.

Brian has been a part of the College Possible team for six years and recently transferred to the customer success manager role with CoPilot. Brian uses his experience as a part of the National Strategic Thinking Committee to develop creative solutions for partners. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing pickleball.

Craig brings 20 years of experience as a high school and college level math instructor has prepared him to answer any and all questions about CoPilot. As a customer success manager he focuses on implementation and support for partners.

Sarah has deep roots in College Possible and started her career as an AmeriCorps member. She has a passion for higher education, specifically community colleges. Since 2022, she has supported CoPilot partners as a customer success manager.
